Jordi Blasco is a M&A advisor, and member of different Boards of Directors and Advisory Boards.
From the early nineties, he advised a number of M&A deals, either as financial M&A advisor or as a lawyer. A significant part of the deals involved more than one jurisdiction (cross-border deals).
He has advised deals in a variety of sectors, like media, IT, cosmetics, real estate development and exploitation, staffing companies, leisure, exploitation of IP rights, distribution, professional services firms (consulting, HR, law firms, and tax consultants firms), gambling or food industry, to name some.
He is founding partner at the M&A and corporate finance firm ARS CORPORATE, the Spanish partner of M&A WORLDWIDE, one of the biggest global M&A alliances. Established in 2004, M&A WORLDWIDE counts with:
• 42 leading M&A boutiques
• Offices in 37 countries of 5 continents
• 315 deals advised by member firms exceeded USD 2.7 billion (2012)
In the nineties he founded a law firm and tax consultancy practice, BLASCO SELLARES legal + tax. This firm was part of MSI GLOBAL ALLIANCE, a top ranked, international association of 250 independent accountancy, tax consultants and law firms, a true global, multidisciplinary presence that extends to:

He serves as a member of several Boards of Directors and/or advisory boards of various companies (from sizable family owned companies to listed ones) in sectors like media, ports, publishing, leisure, consultancy, or HR.
He’s part-time lecturer in educational institutions like EADA Business School or the Catalonia Economists Bar, among others, teaching M&A, private equity, company valuation and legal aspects of a M&A deal to MBA candidates as well as specialized courses.
